Weight tracker
Add a weight for a date and watch the line chart and summary update. Your entries are saved in this browser only, so they stay private and there is nothing to sign up for.
Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
How to use it
- Pick kilograms or pounds.
- Choose a date (today by default), type your weight and press Add entry.
- Read the chart and the summary. Use the × button to delete an entry.
What the numbers mean
- Latest is the entry with the newest date, First entry the oldest.
- Change since first is latest minus first, positive when your weight went up.
- Lowest and highest are the smallest and largest weights in the log.
- The chart places each entry by its real date, so a long gap shows as a gap.
Worked example
You log 82.0 kg on 1 March and 80.4 kg on 29 March. The change since first is 80.4 − 82.0 = −1.6 kg, lowest is 80.4 kg and highest is 82.0 kg.
Notes
The log shows your 30 most recent entries and keeps up to 3,650 in total. Because data lives in this browser, take a screenshot or note the figures if you plan to clear your browsing data. This tool does not interpret your weight.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my weight data stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on this device. It is never sent to a server, so clearing site data or using another browser or device starts a new, empty log.
Can I enter two weights on the same day?
Each date holds one entry. Adding a weight for a date that already has one replaces the old value, so you can correct a mistake by entering it again.
Should I weigh myself every day?
Body weight moves up and down by a kilogram or more within a day because of food, water and timing. Many people weigh at the same time of day, such as after waking, and look at the trend rather than a single reading.
Can I switch between kilograms and pounds?
Yes. Entries are stored in kilograms and shown in the unit you pick, so switching never changes the underlying values; only the display is rounded to one decimal.
Is this a weight loss plan?
No. It only records and charts the numbers you enter and gives no advice or diagnosis. For goals and targets, talk to a doctor or dietitian.
