Meal planner

Fill in what you will eat on each day of the week, add notes for shopping or prep, and print the menu or copy it as text. Start the week on Monday or Sunday. Everything stays on your device.

Week starts on

The menu is saved in this browser only and is never uploaded. It is one reusable week, not tied to dates.

Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Choose whether the week starts on Monday or Sunday.
  2. Type a meal into each box. Leave boxes empty for meals you skip.
  3. Use the notes box for ingredients to buy or prep to do.
  4. Print the menu, or Copy it as text. Your menu is saved automatically.

How it works

Each of the seven days has four boxes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) and there is one notes box for the week. The copied text has one line per day, such as “Monday: Oats; Pasta”, and skips days with nothing in them.

Example

Type Oats for Monday breakfast and Pasta for Monday dinner, and Soup for Sunday lunch. Copy gives “Monday: Oats; Pasta” and “Sunday: Soup” on separate lines.

Tips

Plan dinners first, then reuse leftovers for lunch. When the menu is done, list what you need in the grocery list maker.

Frequently asked questions

Is my menu saved?

Yes, in your browser's local storage on this device, as you type. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data, private mode or another browser or device starts empty.

Is the menu tied to a date?

No. It is one weekly template that you can reuse or overwrite each week. Press Clear menu to start fresh.

How do I print or share it?

Press Print for a one-page grid without buttons; Save as PDF in the print dialog also works. Copy gives a plain-text list, one line per day, that you can paste into a message.

How long can an entry be?

Up to 80 characters per meal and 400 characters in the notes.
