Weekly planner

Fill in each day with up to six lines, add notes for the week, and print the page. Start the week on Monday or Sunday and move to any other week with the arrows. Everything is kept on your device.

Week starts on

Plans are saved in this browser only and are never uploaded. The last 60 weeks with text are kept.

Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Check the dates at the top. Use the arrows or This week to find the week.
  2. Type tasks, appointments or meal plans into the lines of each day. The box for today has a coloured outline.
  3. Use Notes for anything that belongs to the whole week.
  4. Press Print when you want paper. Clear this week empties every line of the week shown.

How it works

Each week is stored under the date of its first day, such as 2026-11-02, together with its 42 lines and notes. Changing a line saves the whole plan to your browser’s local storage under tools.weekly. Weeks that are completely empty are not stored.

Example

Week of Monday 2 November: type “Dentist 9:00” on Tuesday line 1 and “Submit report” on Friday line 1. Move to the next week and come back: both entries are still there.

Tips

  • Put fixed commitments first and leave the last lines for flexible tasks.
  • For a month overview, print a calendar; for daily habits, use the habit tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Is my plan saved?

Yes, in your browser's local storage on this device, as you type. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data, private mode or a different browser or device starts empty. The last 60 weeks that have any text are kept; older ones are dropped.

How do I print it?

Press Print. Only the week is printed, as a grid of the seven days and the notes box; the buttons are hidden. Landscape orientation fits best. You can also choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Can I start the week on Sunday?

Yes, pick Sunday under Week starts on. The weeks you already filled in stay under their own start dates, so switching can show a different week than before. Pick the start you want before you begin planning.

How much can I write in a box?

Six lines of up to 80 characters per day, and 400 characters of notes. For longer lists, use the to-do list maker.
