How it works
Each end point (a line with nothing nested under it) gets its own row. A parent is centred on its children. Columns grow outward from the centre, and each main branch and its descendants share one colour.
Worked example
In the default outline, Healthy life has four main branches (Sleep, Food, Movement, Mind) with two end points each, eight rows in all, so two branches go to the right and two to the left.
