Delete PDF Pages

Choose a PDF, mark the pages to remove by typing a range or clicking previews, and download the rest as a new file. Everything stays in your browser.

Everything happens in your browser. Your files are never uploaded.

Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Choose or drop a PDF; the pages appear as small previews.
  2. Click the pages to remove, or type them in the Pages box, for example 1,7-9.
  3. Press Delete pages and download.

How it works

The tool copies every page that is not marked into a fresh document with pdf-lib and saves it as name-trimmed.pdf. Bookmarks and form fields of the original are not carried over, only the page content.

Example

On a 10-page report, typing 1,10 removes the cover and the last page and leaves 8 pages. Typing 2-4 leaves pages 1 and 5 to 10, which is 7 pages.

Tips

  • Previews load for the first 60 pages; for later pages use the range box.
  • To keep only certain pages in a separate file, the split PDF tool has an extract mode.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the pages to delete?

Type them as 2,4-6 (pages 2, 4, 5 and 6) or click the page previews. The box and the previews always match each other.

Can I delete all pages?

No. A PDF needs at least one page, so the tool asks you to keep one.

Are the remaining pages changed?

No. The kept pages are copied into a new document as they are, without re-rendering, so text stays selectable.

Can I undo it?

Your original file is never modified. The result is a new download named name-trimmed.pdf, so you can always start again from the original.

Why does it refuse my file?

Password-protected and damaged PDFs cannot be processed. Each file can be up to 100 MB.
