Organize PDF Pages

Choose a PDF and rearrange its pages on a grid. Drag a page by its handle or use the arrow buttons, turn or remove pages, then save. Your file never leaves the browser.

Everything happens in your browser. Your files are never uploaded.

Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Choose or drop a PDF; every page appears on a grid with a preview.
  2. Drag pages by the handle or use ↑ and ↓ to change the order. Use ↻ to rotate a page and × to delete it.
  3. Press Save organized PDF. The file is named name-organized.pdf.

How it works

The list on screen is the plan: each entry points to a page of the original and carries an extra turn. On saving, pdf-lib copies the pages in that order into a new document and applies the turns. Pages are not re-rendered.

Example

A 4-page file with pages in the order 1, 2, 3, 4: move page 4 to the front and delete page 3, and the saved file has the original pages 4, 1 and 2.

Tips

  • Previews load for the first 60 pages; later pages show a placeholder but still move and save normally.
  • To add pages from another file, merge the files first with the merge PDF tool.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move a page?

Hold the ⠿ handle under a page and drag it over another page. If you prefer buttons or use a keyboard, the ↑ and ↓ buttons move a page one place at a time.

How do I rotate or delete just one page?

Each page has a ↻ button that turns it 90° clockwise (press again for more) and a × button that removes it from the list.

Can I get a deleted page back?

Yes, until you save. Reset restores the original order, rotations and every page. Your original file is never changed.

Is my document uploaded?

No. The pages are rearranged by your browser with the pdf-lib library.

Why does it refuse my file?

Password-protected and damaged PDFs cannot be processed. Each file can be up to 100 MB.
