In the print window choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. Only the resume is printed, not the form.

Runs in your browser: nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your name, contact details and a short summary.
  2. Add each job and school. Write one achievement per line in the details box.
  3. List your skills separated by commas and pick an accent color.
  4. Press Print or save as PDF.

How it works

The form fields feed a preview block. Print styles hide everything else on the page, so only the resume reaches the printer or the PDF file. Empty parts, such as a missing phone number, are left out instead of leaving gaps.

Example

The details - Cut costs and • Led a team become two bullets, “Cut costs” and “Led a team”. The skills SQL, sql, Excel become two skills, because a repeat in any letter case is dropped.

Tips

  • Start bullets with a verb and add a number where you have one.
  • Keep the dates format the same on every line.

Frequently asked questions

Is my resume uploaded anywhere?

No. The preview is drawn by your browser and the page has no server that receives what you type. Reloading the page clears the form, so save the PDF before you leave.

How do I get a PDF?

Press Print or save as PDF and pick Save as PDF as the printer in the print window. Any alphabet works, because your browser does the drawing.

Can I use it in another language?

Yes. Section headings in the preview follow the page language, but everything you type, in any alphabet, is printed as written.

How long should a resume be?

As a rule of thumb, one page is enough for most people with under ten years of experience. Put the most recent job first and keep each bullet to one line.
